If your sick of your guitar falling off and having to resort to taping your strap on, then these strap locks are perfect. i can spin my guitars like crazy now and never have to worry about them coming off.

Perfect if you have lots of guitars. Very strong. I haven't had a problem with them at all. They won't catch or get stuck, and they give you lots of assurance that your axe wont slip off your strap.

I've been using these since the mid-70's. The most reliable straplock available. The Schaller style has a smaller screw (one broke off inside a guitar one night), and the nut holding it on the strap can work itself loose. None of these issues with the Dunlop. It's the only one I'll use.

I've been using these for a long time on all of my guitars and basses, and they've worked great, but the main reason I wrote this review is to protect people's guitars- pickups and hardware, rather. These straploks tend to buzz when a low E is played. Obviously, it's pretty scary to hear sounds like that when playing a brand new guitar, but after I took it apart twice (over the period of a month) trying to figure out what was wrong, I noticed it was the straploks. There should be no real worries unless installing on an acoustic.
