The three distortion pedals include the Metal Master(TM) for those who lean strongly towards head-banging for a living, the Hot Rod(TM) which delivers powerful, but smooth rock distortion, and the Tone Driver(TM) for guitarists who live for overdrive crunch.


Each distortion stompbox features a huge range of different distortion types that can be morphed into different combinations as you rotate our exclusive Distortion Morph knob. This gives you a near unlimited supply of combinations. Now, you are no longer stuck with only one distortion type in a pedal.

I bought this pedal a few months ago and still love it. I bought this pedal for its Ac/dc like sound and it was worth every penny. It can make lots of different type of sounds, from Van Halen to Ac/dc to GN'R. I highly recommend it if you don't have an amp with effects on it or without lots of distortion.

Excellent pedal, allows some sounds of Overdrive, and with the excellent output with emulation of amplifier, to record directly in the computer or mixer. Essential!

I have actually just bought my second pedal. I purchased my first used, and just used it up! Its easy to just grab a fuzz box, but trying to get the right OD is a chore. This pedal makes your day. DIal in just the right amount of distortion -- nice chunky 5 chords to piercing picked upper chords. This pedal fits the bill. Should be in everyones arsenal.

I got this pedal today for a rock o/d pedal. When I used this along side my snarling dog blue pedal, it sounded a lot better for blues then a pedal made for the blues. I wasted 60 bucks on a pedal that I won't use anymore.

I've owned the DigiTech XTD Tone Driver Overdrive Pedal since early 2006, and it rocks! This little stomp box provides some sweet overdrive tones! Use this with the DigiTech Multi Chorus for a bit of dirty distortion, or combine with the MXR Blue Box for some hard-core rock sounds! These pedals are built like tanks, using metal construction; and produce high-quality, digital sound. Their metallic paint makes them look really cool, too! DigiTech X-Series pedals provide you with the most bang for your buck, and I highly recommend them! Make sure to grab a DigiTech AC power supply so you can save money on batteries!
