The sound was quite decent unplugged, body woods were very good, nicely applied finish, however this guitar has cosmetic, build quality and workmanship issues:the neck is made up of three pieces, headstock is a seperate piece that is glued (scarfed) to the neck, then another block of wood is used to make up the neck's heel, these unmatched pieces are not aesthetically pleasing, fingerboard is grainy, inside the body there was no kerfing(the reinforcing strips that provide a gluing surface to join the top, back and sides),the wooden support block for tailpiece was almost unrecognizeable because it was covered with GLOBS of hanging dried glue embedded with wood shavings, debris under finish next to the "f" hole and below the pickguard reddish in color, also sanding dust(?)on the bottom part of the neck, wooden bridge slots for "b"and "e" strings were cut too deep, gold plating on tuners is spotty or blotchy in appearance, nut slots were roughly cut and had edges, also appears that super glue used to build up low "e" nut slot, after having it for two days i returned it.
