This is the second guitar I've had. At first I had a Fender Strat and I thought it was nice. Well.. The Dean Vendetta is most definitely a five star guitar. It feels great and sounds great and it even LOOKS great. The Mahogany color to me is the best. But over all, this is an awesome guitar!!!
It sounds good...it's beautiful...I've looked for two solid months for a good sounding and looking guitar under $300. you won't find it else where. The clear finish on this guitar is so much better looking then the picture shows. Very good action....it's been staying in real tune all the time I've been playing it...THE PICKUPS ARE THE BEST!!! They give me a nice soft tone when I want it and then when I want to start growl'in it's all there. BUY THIS GUITAR, YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY!!!
this guitar is really nice, sounds bright, humbuckers are amazing. overall great guitar
This guitar in black is STUNNING! It looks much more expensive then it is. No fret buzz which is unusual for bargain guitars I've tried. Plays blues and metal and even the softer stuff you might get into. Now there was some blemish and a small chip at the headstock but nothing an audience would notice or sandpaper can't fix. I don't hesitate to say buy this before the company raises the price. The pickups sound more then decent but of course you will probably change the strings to your favorite choice.
Took me a while to find this guitar. What a great find. The fingerboard is a bit lighter than in the picture. The action is a bit high, but I like it. The 24th fret is a bit uncomfortable to hit but is a great feature. It looks and feels great.I bought this guitar to shred on, but it also sounds great clean. I would say this guitars main purpose is to play dirty. I was going to replace the pickups with a set of EMG-HZ's, but the humbuckers sound just fine. Trust me you won't find a better guitar priced under $300. I don't think I will play on anything but a Dean from now on.
