It's very cheap... this is good, but the quality is not that great. The strap is run of the mill nylon. The strap ends are rigid plastic, and I really had to push them onto my Epiphone G400 (to the point that I thought they might break). This is probably a one guitar strap... I can't see trying to get it off without cracking the plastic. For me it's fine though, I just wanted a cheap strap that WOULD NOT let loose, this does the job.
These straps are pretty good for the price. I have two, just make sure you tighten the screws alot.
The strap fits and works ok, but at 6 feet, I had to let the strap all the way out for the guitar not to be sitting on my chest. I realize it's a bargain priced strap, but a little more length would be helpful for taller folks
