I was recommended D'Addario when I first started playing guitar, and even after several years of trying this and that I am returning to D'ddario. The coated string line is the bomb and I love the string endurance. I am lazy and hate to change strings all the time. I'm not crazy about abrasive metallic tones either on my acoustics. The coating provides the sound buffing I like.

I have always loved D'Addario as an electric string. Now with the coated Phospor Bronze string on the market I have a new best friend in the Acoustic String department. The EXP26 can take a constant pounding for several weeks and still come out sounding great. And yes there is nothing like that sweet sound of new D'Addario string on your guitar. Keep up the good work D'Addario.
