I've owned my rug for a year and I like it. I play a lot of church uth group music and we have concrete floors. My bass nor my Hi Hat slip. I marked my pad with a marker so that I know where everything goes. Don't try to roll your hardware up in it. Its not made for that. Overall a great pad for a drummer who hammers his bass or sets his kit up on a hard surface. The pad also protects your set from scratching up on the bottom.
