I am truly amazed at the performance of this guitar. I've played guitar for a number of years both as a hobby and live. I bought this as a first guitar for my wife who is learning to play. I now believe she'll never need a "better" guitar - this thing is fantastic - excellent playability and such sweet tone from such a cost effective guitar - and this is Breedlove's least expensive Atlas guitar - unbelievable! For its smaller concert size, it does not seem to sacrifice any volume or tone. Lows are booming, mids and highs are clear and articulated - great for finger picking or strumming - excellent sound. I'm very happy with the purchase - I can't imagine anyone not being thrilled.
