bought a K3000FX about 1 1/2 yrs ago when thet first came out. Was replacing my old KFx1000 (?) which Smoked. as a keyboardist I want a flat clean amp so I dont care about the effects, which work fine. The Bass is always boomy and louder than the middle register or highs, cant set EQ to solve the lack of midrange when all you got is a 15" and a horn, the old amp was a 3way, much better. dont buy this 15" model unless you want huge bottom, weak mids, and bright highs. Buy the 12' model...........mine is for sale!
