I didn't expect much when I ordered these, but I was very pleasantly surprised with the results. I've got some Behringer B2031 powered speakers that are pretty heavy. I was hearing a lot of boomy rattling in the cabinets they were sitting on, and I had tried different configurations of foam, cardboard, and even newspapers and magazines, to isolate the speakers. Nothing worked until I tried these Auralex pads. What a difference they make! Really cleared up the sound, and eliminated all the booming and rattling. Highly recommended if you have speaker isolation issues.
