We play a lot of gigs and of course many small venues really don't require a huge rig. So, I was looking around for something small, easy to transport, that would actually have some tone. I have had a great experience with Ashdown with my larger rig, so I started looking at the Perfect Ten Mini-Stack. It may look like a toy, but it's far from it. Surprising quality for a ridiculously low price. It's got the classic Ashdown retro look and TONE!! Active bass you say? It's got the headroom! Music123 may not have this baby in stock, but don't let that stop you. They ordered it and turned it around fast! I was shocked to see it at my home so soon. Fun little rig that will make you smile to see and hear.

With 65 watts, the Ashdown has the power to "Do It." It blows the Mini Marshall Stack out of the Water. But It's missing a built in Reverb. Yeah you can use an add on, but a built in would make it complete and that would be one less thing to carry. Ashdowns quality is here in spades. A great little amp with power to gig. The Marshall Micro Stack is nice. It has built in "Spring Reverb." It' really a practice amp that looks cute.The Ashdown Perfect 10 has 65 Watts, that can power through almost anything. If what you want something in a cool, little package, then this is it. If the Mini Stack look is not too important then take a look at the other Ashdowns, or the New Fender FM 65. It has ton's of Ommph. It can practice or it can Blow the Roof off, and it has a real Spring Reverb at about the same price.
