This guitar is already a legend. Its new shape, its new materials, make me want to reach into new musical places that I could not find on a traditional guitar. It is so easy to play! The Applause plays just as easily as the Ovation, and to me sounds just as good. I have a black one and visually it radiates mystery, in a friendly (due to the roundness) way.

I just got this guitar for Christmas and it is great! The sound is perfect, the feel is priceless, and it is simple to play. I would suggest this guitar to anybody that was interested in buying a guitar.

The AA21 is an excellent, solid, low cost guitar. I just purchased one, and strung it with Dean Markley nylon ball end strings. I have been playing a classical guitar for several months, and appreciated the AA21's warm, rich tone. Harmonics and sympathetic tones resonate hauntingly well. In short: I could not ask for more.
