Great sound- couldn't believe the price- Great interim guitar.
As a broke college student that didnt have alot of money to spend, I was really happy with this guitar. I was scared to order a guitar off of the internet but my dealings with Music123 were fine and so was the guitar. I really like the tone and it plays great. Definitely worth the money. I play it for hours on end.
I spent several months looking at hundreds of guitars in all price ranges. When it came down to it, I bought the RD8C. First and foremost for the great tone it has. Nothing else in this price range even came close! Second was for the price, it's all I had and getting a case too was what slammed this one home. The electronics are "limited", but to be expected for the price. I am quite impressed with the whole Alvarez line. They make great guitars that are affordable. If you're looking for a solid, easy playing, tone rich guitar that is affordable, this is it!
This guitar is great I have had it for 1 day and I have already fallen in love with it. The sound is so slick and rich sounding. The electronics are okay for the price but the sound is great. The case which it comes with is strong and durable from the looks and it looks great too. When I got the guitar though it had a small dent on the bottom. But anyway it is a great guitar and I would recommend it to players of all ages. Great guitar for a GREAT price. Highly recommended.
Bought this guitar after playing quite a few in it's price range. I am ecstatic! This guitar is every bit what I had hoped and wanted, and at a killer price. I'm not all that thrilled with the electronics, but what do you expect for this price? The guitar plays and sounds great.
