I love it . I got it for recording drums but it works for anything. Actually, I am using it right now for a stereo recording of my dad's band. I'm using it with a stereo mic I got for my Boss Micro BR Recorder. I just attached it to a bar on my light fixture and it works great. No cords in the way of the band (I don't think they even know I'm recording, except my dad)
